Brands have always had a story to tell. It's just that now, the customer is an active author in that story. So what happens? The story becomes more dimensional. More relevant to those we want to reach. I've helped guide brand stories in regulated environments like consumer healthcare, and categories that allow for greater freedom of expression. Both have their challenges and opportunities. The holy grail, and the only nirvana, is growing my clients' business. Growing the emotional, intellectual and ultimately financial investment consumers have in my clients' brands.
